How about April 2-4? That is Easter weekend. That is considered off-season, between spring break and summer. Availability is also pretty good because of Easter.

If 6-10 people will commit to $100 or so, we could get a condo for the whole weekend (Friday afternoon to Monday morning). Extra people might be able to crash on the floor, camp on the beach, or find a hotel or another condo nearby. People could come for any part of the weekend.
