Our Monthly Meetup, come out to eat, drink, and talk.

MELA is a good Indian Food restaurant, has a really nice atmosphere, and has a nice assortment of foods. We have been here once before as a group and in my opinion they served us well, we had a large group of people, and the food was delicious.

Reservations will be made under "Enrique".

Mela said they will set the seating for 40, but can go up to 50 in their private room if we need it.

I sent this e-mail to Mela. Normally I do not send e-mails to restaurants for anything. I just show up early and get the reservation for a group. But somehow doing this event for the San Antonio Atheist meetup makes me nervous so I want things to go right. I have to weigh every variable----------------- Hello. I am expecting to bring a group of 30 people to your restaurant on Thursday August 20 at 7:00 pm. I will be there at 6:00 pm that Thursday to confirm reservation. Is this acceptable?

first timer. Looking forward to meeting everyone. Maybe I can get assistance with attaching a photo to my profile. I know how to do it, but for some reason when I browse the photos and get ready to make my selection, my computer gets tied up thus forcing me to shut down the program- making me unable to get a picture up. I've tried over and over again with no success.

Besides there are other universal doomsday type devices created by Marvel comics such as the Ultimate Nullifier, the cosmic cube, the infinity gauntlet.

I did not know what you two cool people were talking about so I looked it up on wikipedia: "Plan 9 from Outer Space is often regarded as a leading candidate for the title of "worst movie ever made". http://en.wikipedia.org/wik...

Yep, I forgot to post a monthly meetup this month. I've been working crazy long hours for the last couple of weeks and time slipped by me before I realized that I forgot to setup one. Thanks for setting up this meetup Tez. (I love Mela's food!) :)

The image is from the book "Ram the Demon Slayer" by Vatsala Sperling. The illustration is by Pieter Weltevrede. I imagine it is from the Ramayana and that character there is Ravana. I don't know what is going on in that scene exactly but I am sure he was proving himself difficult to defeat.
